Bopperino offers sustainable packaging solutions for the retail and HoReCa sectors. Services include:

• Virtual product catalog (folding boxes, compostable trays, customized kits).
• Packaging customization simulator with the client's brand.
• Wholesale order form and quotation.

All products are manufactured in Argentina using recycled, recyclable, or compostable materials, according to the specifications published on each product sheet.

The user agrees to:

• Provide truthful and complete information when registering or placing an order.
• Not use the site for unlawful purposes or contrary to commercial good faith.
• Not reproduce, distribute, or modify the site's content without express authorization.

The company is not liable for damages arising from the misuse of information or products once delivered.

Modifications and Cancellations

The client may request modifications to the order within 48 hours of accepting the quotation. Cancellations after production has started may be subject to charges for materials already committed.

Bopperino shall not be liable for:

• Delivery delays caused by force majeure, logistical issues beyond the company's control, or the client's failure to provide necessary information.
• Improper use of the packaging (e.g., exposure to temperatures higher than those recommended for compostable products).

Under no circumstances shall Bopperino's total liability exceed the value of the corresponding order.

Personal data provided by the user will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (Argentina). Bopperino will not share information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
